I place a order by phone at this WingStop store #1473 head off time for friend that's on hospice she wanted wing stop for the Super Bowl when I arrive they didn't have the order, the name of the order was spell wrong and told me I had the wrong location then I gave her my cell # and the order pull up on there screen I had to wait for the order. I paid for 6pc classic only gave 5 pc and the wings need to be cook longer and the order of veggies where also not the right amount. My friend that on hospice was disappointed with there service and the quality of the food.

TodayI order a to go of 10 Lemon Pepper flavored chicken wings. When I got home and opened the box, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were very small, and it felt like they were leftovers and given to customers. In the past, the wings were of normal size,also now the meat quality is very poor and extremely dry. I strongly advise everyone not to eat here.

Food was PERFECT, hot and fresh came out quickly. Store was very clean the women taking the orders was very friendly and welcoming and was doing orders and keeping whole lobby clean not to mention she was super pregnant. So I was even more impressed! Love coming to this location they always do a great job.

I’ve recently started ordering more often because of the new fries so having them missing from my order a was a little heart breaking (I’m hangry, don’t judge) but called the store and Jonathon went above and beyond getting it all sorted! Had to write a review to note his amazing customer service.
