We got the xl pack. The brisket was cut wrong, it was stringy, really dry, and cut with the grain. It looked almost like chopped brisket. The representative there said that his fryer oil was cold, when we showed up at 540pm, so no fries or fried okra. Everything was cold after we got home 10 minutes later. Stay away, lost my business for life now.

Not a good experience today. We ordered chicken sandwiches with coleslaw and waffle fries. Our chicken sandwiches were dry as the Sahara desert. I had to douse my sandwich with bbq sauce. That didn't help, it fell apart while biting into it...just so dry and unpleasant. $27.00 for nothing. I hate wasting money. My husband told them after going back in the store, because his fried okra was not in the bag. These young men assured him that the chicken was cooked an hour ago, but it tasted like it was days old. They didn't offer to replace the bad meal but ok we are done.

I ordered sliced beef and pork ribs through uber eats from this place and this is what I received. It was half fat and half chopped beef. There was white stuff which what i think was dried fat lard. Not to mention the missing items, bbq sauce pickles and onions. Terrible

THERE WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN THE CABBAGE SLAW, they forgot our cookie, the food was cold and dry when we got it, and they have the absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered in my life. They would not do anything about any of this and told us to take it up with corporate. My son could have ate the piece of plastic! This was our first and last time ever eating at dickey's. I am extremely upset and disappointed. As somebody who has worked in food, this is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend to anybody in a million years.

What kind of chopped brisket is this!!! Tasted like roast beef the cooked for 5 days without sauce.
