Food was excellent. Only issue I had is trying to charge for a to go container for my red beans and rice. I couldn't eat all my food and the to go container for my food only had one section and two smaller sections for sides, well they give you three sides so didn't have a place to put the beans, because my pork Chop took up the bigger section. At the end they changed their mind about charging me for it. All in all the food was great along with the atmosphere

Cassy’s Kitchen was a great experience from start to finish. The food was amazing, and the portions were generous for the price, which is always a plus. From the moment me and my wife walked in, we were greeted with great energy and welcoming vibes that made us feel right at home. If you’re in Houston and looking for some really good soul food, we definitely recommend stopping by Cassy’s Kitchen. Everything we had was satisfying, flavorful, and well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Wow, I'm so glad we came here. Everyone inside is so nice and welcoming. I love the family atmosphere and the food! Oh my gosh the food! Everyone in there is helpful and they are so proud of what they're doing. You have to try the oxtails, chicken wings, cornbread, yams, stuffing, turkey, and the mustard greens. Anything you pick on this menu you are going to be so happy with. They even have breakfast and those pancakes looked amazing. They deserve all the success because you can tell everything they do is with love and for family. When we come back to Houston we will definitely come back!!!

Excellent food and service. The oxtails were excellent but go early because they sell out fast. The portions are good and the food was hot and delicious. The cashier and waitress, Mandy, is so friendly and welcoming. She made our first visit very special. She treated all of their customers this way. She is a jewel!

Food was soooo goood!!! I went for breakfast right when they opened before the rush, chefs kiss. The oatmeal I tore up in 2 minutes, so creamy and flavorful. The French toast and eggs was amazing too. I didn’t want to stop eating. I’ll come here anytime I’m in the area!
