Delicious, top quality food! We tried several different menu items and loved everything. Will definitely be back! I had the special with steak, ravioli and chicken. The sauce on the Raviolis was so good, and plan to get the full size option on my next visit. The serve break with seasoned olive oil - so good. We also tried their goat cheese appetizer 🤌🏻

I had not been to Carrabba's in many years. We moved west of Katy 2 years ago and I mentioned to my husband I love their chocolate dessert there. On my birthday my husband surprised me with lunch there. It was as good as I remember. They also gave me my dessert for free, since it was on my birthday. I signed up for the points and hope to go back more often. The waitress was very nice and attentive.

Well this is about the third time I've gone there. The service really never been nothing to brag about but my last experience took the cake. They weren't busy all the waiters and waitresses standing in the middle of the resteraunt talking. So why did I have to wait to be seated? Then after we were finally seated it took Cat out waitress the longest to come and take our drink order by the time she walked over we already knew what we wanted to eat. Then she finally brings us our food. I got the lentil soup. Give me a break I wound up getting a half a bowl of soup. Place is a joke.

We had a great gathering, however. The people who gathered made the occasion; the wait staff weren't the nicest. We were rushed on ordering anything, too many touches to the table. Once we knew what was happening, and ordered, salads and soups came before the sangria 🤔 last I checked drink orders are first. Food ended up being delicious, even for the gluten free patrons. Timing is everything when you wait on tables, it seems we were a table that "broke" the mold and I would say we didn't feel welcome. I would still try this location again, given the chance. However, it was a chance I will not get again. I normally choose non-franchised locations...usually... They have more to prove and better flavors....I have a microwave at home....scratch sauces....locally sourced protein.... Is what I hope to experience... Carrabba's and the whole conglomerate has lost the war....IMO....blame it on millennials or our experience....we need a wow factor.... consistency is too safe and boring

We eat here at least once a month, often times with friends. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. This weekend, I had a late lunch with my daughter after she drove in from out of town. Isabelle was our server, she was very cheerful, which was helpful for my daughter after her long drive. She had spaghetti, which is always consistent, if not particularly exciting. I had a large Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Now, a Caesar salad is probably not the definition of exciting food, either, BUT, honestly, I have paid a lot more money for much less tasty Caesars. They have hit the mark precisely on the dressing, complimentary but not overpowering. The seasoning they use on the grilled chicken is really perky and tasty. Carrabba's is not competing with family recipe Italian restaurants, but in their segment, I always leave satisfied. Their staff does make a difference as well. We enjoy our monthly foray to Carrabba's.
