Improper Copper (CopperPro)
This place is a pleasant surprise! The pizzas and the lasagna were perfectly done and delicious. The waiter, Nima, is the one you always want to take care of you. He's great, takes care of the details without even asking. The place looks very nice. On the weekends you get to do some karaoke, and there's also a day I believe that they have live music. Also it's quite cool how the bathroom is "hidden" (I give any spoilers). Highly recommend this place in downtown, especially if you want some NY style Italian food or pizza that stays open late. I'll definitely go back.

I had seen great reviews for this restaurant so I was excited to try, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a pizza (the Godfather) to go and when I opened the box I couldn’t believe that a pizza of that size and quality was $20+. The crust was like a saltine cracker and the pizza itself looked nothing like the professional photos they use to market the restaurant. You are better off going to Pizza Hut honestly. Maybe their other food is good but I don’t recommend wasting your money on pizza from here.

Capone’s is a hidden gem in Houston! The mushroom pasta was rich and flavorful, the flatbread pizza was crisp and fresh with great toppings, and the Moscow Mule was perfectly mixed. Great food, solid drinks, and an awesome vibe — definitely coming back!

Ok. First our server Jess was the best and what a warm and welcoming personality!!! Just loved her. The food was good but some things I wasn’t a huge fan of was the overly sweet balsamic glaze on the bruschetta. It’s overpowered everything. The chicken was super moist and with a great smoke flavor but the zucchini wasn’t cooked enough. The pizza was just fine. Nothing out of this world. Cooked nicely. Overall we had good meal and would return

Haven’t tried a pizza here I didn’t like, but I’d say the Capone is my favorite so far. The crust is really unique too. It’s kinda like a tortilla…crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and folds perfectly. Very different and hard to describe, but it’s delicious.
