If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to buy a whipped cream I had bought a previous time and they gave me a repackaged whipped cream. I knew it was repackaged and didn’t mind because she ASSURED me that it would work the same. What she didn’t tell me was that the container was broken. As soon as I set it on my desk it made a mess bc It had been de-freezing on my way to work. After contacting them about it she asked for pictures and I sent them. She said to go back return it and they would replace it. I couldn’t go right away because I had work so I sent my mom one hour later. I had told the lady that she would be there around five but once my mom arrived she did not want to replace it. She said that it had been my fault for dropping it after I walked out the door and that they couldn’t sell us a new one either they would just give us our money back. I never dropped it and did not want nor need my money back I needed the cream but I guess some establishments just have terrible customer service. Anyways. I hope they have the day they deserve.

UPDATE: Still my favorite place for cookie cutters. I like to just stop, and stare for awhile. I may have an addiction. Haha. My cookies have gotten so much better since my first batch almost 2 yrs ago, and when ever I need a new shape I look here first. My friends keep challenging me with new things. So constantly looking for new cookie cutter... p.s. ran out of hooks on my pegboard, but you get an idea of how deep my cookie cutter addiction is...lol Stopped into check it out a few weeks back, needed a badge/shield cutter. Lovely place and so many cookie cutters. I'll for sure be back to collect more varieties of cutters. I also bought dog bone cutters and a onesie cutter... I can't wait to invent new cookies. ( I'll also be back for boxes and drums.) The gentleman behind the counter was ever so sweet.

I needed a weird ingredient, hartshorn/ammonium carbonate, used for German Springerle cookies. They don't carry it but she immediately knew what it was & told me where to get it. This is amazing customer service! Thank you

Bought whipped cream here and it was a mess — the can was damaged and leaking before I even got it home. When I went back to exchange it, the staff acted like it was my fault and were rude about it. 0/0 on customer service and money straight to the trash. Definitely never coming back.

I’m so glad I found this place. Excellent teacher, very seasoned and talented. The outlines of the classes are well thought out. I have enjoyed two classes there so far and will be doing some more.
