We had a wonderful dinner experience. The flavor and appearance of our dishes was excellent, and service great. We ordered easily and quickly at the front, received our cups, and a few minutes later, we were given our order at the table. No complaints from us! Picture shown is the BLT sandwich with potato chips - a shareable portion for sure!

Food was good, a bit pricey, portion sizes were questionable. My BLT had one tiny slice of tomato, which felt... mean. I got a side of potato chips as well, and counted exactly 11 (including broken/half-size ones). It was tasty but not worth the price for the stinginess.

The service was above and beyond. Maria was phenomenal and made the time here an entire experience. This place is well lit, offers healthy food options, that is also affordable. Really can’t emphasize enough about the consistency here. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place with healthy and affordable food options. It’s next to a gym, really good post workout meal.

I came to Cafe Express in the River Oaks area to take a break between meetings. I like the location, just didn't like the traffic. Service and food were decent. I would return.
