My husband and I stopped by for lunch and we were very happy with everything. The food is authentic and 🤤 Delicious! He said the Charro beans will be the sign if it’s good and he ate them so fast! My only complaint is that the salsa was not spicy enough for me but I love extra spicy so that’s a personal preference.

Excellent food and service. Migas is one of my favorite breakfast dishes and they do it right at Casa Del Sol. The tortillas are first rate as well. I look forward to returning and trying more of their menu. Highly recommended.

Stopped in Sat. 12-18-21 for breakfast. As we entered we were immediately seated, along with our menu's, our drinks came shortly thereafter, along w/ Chips & Salsa. I noticed the cleanliness of this restaurant and all appeared to be well organized. I ordered Huevos Rancheros and a Chorizo & Egg Taco, my wife went with the Fajita Plate from their lunch menu. Her plate consisted of Beef Fajitas, Charro Beans, Rice, Guacamole Salad, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo & Flour Tortillas. My plate had Two Eggs topped w/Ranchero Sauce, Refied Beans, Hasbrown Potoes, Bacon, & Flour Tortillas. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend Cafe Del Sol for anyone who wants a good meal. This place is absolutely delicious . My boyfriend and I love coming here ! The service is always great and a calm atmosphere. It is a hidden treasure!! They also make great margaritas !
