Vibe- There’s plenty of places to sit inside. It was clean when I went and the tables are clearly labeled with a sign that says “sanitized” for the tables that have been cleaned. Customer service- Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Food/drinks- I did the trio and got the falafel patty on all 3 burgers (they were each a great serving size, I could have done the duo and got 2 and been satisfied). I do wish the price was more reasonable but you pay for quality. Parking- Good amount in front of building.

It's been a few months since I last ordered from BurgerIM Sienna. I was utterly disappointed. The meat was flat and dry. Everything else was greasy. Onion rings are fried batter with no onion. I called to voice my concern about the quality of the food, and I was basically dismissed. I spoke to the GM and before I could complete my sentences she was cutting me off. Her excuse is they replaced the patty on the kid's burger–that's why they're flat. I didn't have the opportunity to explain what else was wrong with my order. I was extended an offer to replace the food but I won't be back. Sadly, BurgerIM is no longer the neighborhood gem it used to be.

Food was ok. Kids menu is a great value. Like disappointed by the service. Charged $1.25 for dressing that was supposed to come with the salad and had to remind server of food that we ordered but did not receive at first.

Good and convenient location for those who don't want to travel far out of sienna for food. I was given wrong order and problem was resolved within minutes- the packing should be handled better- customer's name and what they order should be placed outside the bag for checking. Staffed failed to check before giving food to customer. They were friendly tho!! i ordered cowboy burger, loaded fries and chicken wings Burger was 8/10 , reasonable price - bacon wasn't so crunchy but ok. Loaded fries was on point 7.5/10 Chicken wings 6 pieces almost 10 dollars and tasted likes costco frozen wings with some flavor added on which I find it errrrr. (4.5/10) Will come back for more burgers.

Vibe- There’s plenty of places to sit inside. It was clean and the tables are labeled with a small sign that says “sanitized” and the music was good. Customer service- Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile! Food/drinks- I had 2 burger meals- they were a great serving size,but the serving size of fries that came with each unfortunately was on the smaller side of what was expected but complimented the taste of the burgers very well . The drinks were not fountain drinks but canned drinks but that wasn’t a negative impact because they offered free refills or unlimited drinks.
