The BBQ sauce and quality of meat were exactly what we were looking for. This food truck experience will offers an authentic taste of Texas. The operators were extremely friendly and were kind enough to serve us happily even though they were just about to close. Absolutely 😋 delicious.

Found Bulls and Bellows Bar B Que from a Google Maps search. Located in FM1488 just west of the FM2978 intersection. This is a HIT!!! I ordered the 1/2 sliced Brisket, moist, plate with jalapeno cream corn and brisket bar b que beans. This lunch didn't disappoint. The moist cut was perfect and the crust had just the right amount of pepper in it- good taste with no burn. This is the style of brisket that you don't want to use any bar b que sauce, although it is available. This is a gem of a food trailer located amongst other food offerings. Don't hesitate, this brisket is perfect.

Based on the other reviews this may have been on off day for them. Or maybe they make take out orders with less care. The moist brisket looked like it was lean instead. It was not fatty, dry, and about 1.5 inches wide. Very tiny if it was moist brisket. The pulled pork was extremely dry. It was a shame they didn't include any BBQ sauce which would have helped a lot. Ended up tossing it in the trash. The sides were fresh and good sized.

One of the best BBQ spots in TX! Perfect end to our family weekend getaway! The food was so delicious!! We had brisket, brisket tacos, pulled pork sandwich and brisket beans! And we actually bought seconds!

We were given pork ribs that were raw inside. When we returned, the worker described the process they follow: "Ribs are cooked once a week and then warmed in the smoker before serving". I don't know how you it's possible to serve smoked ribs that are raw internally if they are properly smoked low and slow. The brisket, which was at least fully cooked, had very little smoke ring; bark flavor was not good. If you resort to the the BBQ sauce to help flavor the mediocre brisket, it straight up just taste like it's 50% liquid smoke. Not good, hardly edible. We cut our losses, took a few bites and threw the rest in the trash and went somewhere else. The staff was very friendly, but the "BBQ" is terrible and potentially a health code violation. Response to owners response: I asked for a refund for the pork ribs, not for anything else because in my opinion just not liking something doesn't merit getting your money back. I was more focused on the raw pork than the taste of other items at the time.
