I haven't had Bullritos since at least 2012 when they had a location on Richmond and Weslayan. It's been over a decade now so when I saw this location was open while at the Esperson Building on business, I wasted no time coming in. Yes, it's a bit different because they do not have the bags anymore. Instead you tell the servers exactly what you want in a serving line similar to Subway. They also only have canned drinks, no fountain drinks. I ordered a Bullrito with steak and it was great and I think even bigger than what I remember from way back then! Every employee was friendly! I wish they would open more locations because I live nowhere near this location, and it will probably be a while before I am in this area on business again. But when I return, I will be back!

Nice folks and good portions. Overall flavors are good but the protein/meats are too dry. Not sure if it’s because they’ve been sitting out or reheated, but that’s my only major complaint

Shocking: Metal Piece Found in Food! As a regular customer of Bullritos at this location, I was deeply disturbed to find a metal piece in my recent meal. This not only ruined my experience but also poses a significant health risk.This serious issue raises serious concerns about their hygiene and quality control. Additionally, I was alarmed to discover that hot food is stored in plastic bags, and upon inquiry, the staff was unsure about the type of plastic being used. This lack of transparency regarding food safety practices is unacceptable. Regrettably, I won't be returning after this incident. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered two crispy veggie (tacos $3 each) through ritual. Chose couple toppings on each. They only gave me the toppings. No stuffing inside. No one cared when they made it, but they greeted as I entered “Welcome to Bullritos”.. for what? To get ripped off??! Reading other reviews, no wonder.. may be they figured it’s a ritual order (someone/somewhere) and not going to be a repeat customer. Unacceptable.

Food was okay overall, but I wouldn't come back with all the different lunch choices around. My spinach tortilla selection was a mistake. Not only did it not go well with my order (my fault on that) - it tasted flash frozen/stale/almost moldy.
