Placed a pick up order. The order was ready at the time I requested. I ordered the lemon pepper rub, orange chicken, tater tots, and onion rings. The sides were good. The temperature of everything was good, however I wish on the app there's an option to request the level of how you want your wings cooked. For me the wings needed to be cooked a little longer as the wings were too chewy (this is my preference). Other than that it was okay.

Update: my dumb self gave this location yet another chance. I ordered THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE ONLINE and it told me to get there at 7:40. I get there 7:41 and this is what my food looks like. I walked in and the “manager” stared outside for a minute completely ignoring me. Then finally said “can I help you?”. I worked at BWW for 2 years. This looks like food that sat out for 30+ minutes. And when you look at the ticket it says elapsed time was 6 minutes. Don’t tell me a pickup time if my food is going to sit out!!!!! It’s disgusting and dangerous. I would’ve showed up earlier had I known but I’ve showed up on time before to wait another 30 minutes for my food so I didn’t wanna do that again. The salt and vinegar I ordered? I got a sprinkle. That sprinkle is 60 cents worth?! My fries are hard and stale. This place needs to be investigated by corporate and by the health department. The walk in fridge was open the entire time I was in store. This review is after visiting multiple times with more undesirable experiences than pleasant. I have contacted customer service about that and may update my review later.

This location should close! The place smells horrible! The tables are sticky! Don’t even attempt to use the ladies room, the smell is horrible. A Saturday night in midtown and they only have 6 customers in the restaurant. Tables not clean even though the place is almost empty. We ordered one drink and it took forever to get our check.

I came for lunch, they have a great selection of wing flavors. My only small complaint would be that the regular fries portion seems a bit small. The server was very attentive and ordered everything without issue. I'll be visiting again.

I loved my dine in experience here on Sunday night at around 10:45pm and wish I could of gotten the waitress name, but she was African American, long hair, had black glasses, skinny and about 5’5/5’7 tall. I came here with my boyfriend and she was excellent. She took the time to hear out my terrible time at Capitol Bar and we knew they were about to close but she still gave us good service. People even walked in late almost closing time (12 am) but she still waited on them and or helped them. Servers like these should be appreciated unlike those who know it’s closing time and just want to go home. Thank you lady! We order the large traditional wings (18 pc) 9 honey bbq and 9 mango habanero with veggie sticks and seasoned fries. I liked the strawberry margarita I had and he had a Modelo beer! Yummy!
