I ordered a BOGO penne Alfredo from the Uber Eats app. When I opened it, it was obvious that the meal had been microwaved or reheated somehow and not fresh at all. There was no physical sauce, it was all just oil in the bottom of the bowl. There was no taste of Alfredo sauce at all. I was very disappointed as I was craving a good Alfredo pasta.

Placed order at 12:55. They said order would be ready in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later and the cook forgot to cook the chicken, so they need more time. It is now 1:32 and still no food. I am canceling my order. POOR SERVICE HERE. DO NOT PATRONIZE!

I was give wonderful service by Gerardo. A very knowledgeable and respectful young man. Pointed me in the right direction for what I need and had great customer service. I hope the staff there all carry his example. Will definitely come back. Just on that alone

RUN AWAY!!!!! Do not order from here ever. This is a ghost kitchen inside of a grocery store without any cooks. It is a scam! Reported this scam to Google and Uber Eats already. Run away!

Portion size is quizzical. Details that it feeds 3 — only 2 pieces of bread? It’s not adding up. Chicken Limone — $28, feeds 2 middle schoolers.
