Wow. The sandwiches here are incredible. I love the cutesy little set up. You walk in, grab a clipboard with a brown bag. You fill it out with a marker, and then take it to the register for checkout. Highly recommended, especially if you're always going to the same place in Rice Village; change it up!

A pretty cheap, tasty, design-your-own sandwich place. Menu prices are ambiguous since, well, they're not posted anywhere. But overall was a decent brunch.

I love Brown Bag Deli and this location in particular has an amazing staff, pleasant from beginning to end. The honey mustard at Brown Bag Deli is among the best anywhere and should be added to every sandwich.

Sandwiches are incredible! So fresh and tasty and made to your liking. A quick in and out experience, but definitely a little bit pricey for a sandwich. Quality is worth it though! I will warn that they do put a LOT of sliced meat in the sandwich if you order that, so if you're not into that I'd recommend indicating a half portion of it. Please keep this place open!

So this review is special for me because I was having a difficult day. My husband has some cognitive issues and that day it was hectic and the restaurant was packed so it was hard to deal with making sure he was OK and the order was right. So when we ordered our food I had to step back and check on my husband who had started to have a mild episode of feeling displaced. All this to say the guys there we able to take my order and allow me to sit him down and even when he ordered chips he couldn't eat because they were to spicy, he was given a substitute and I thought that was so great and it also allowed me to focus on him and not feel overwhelmed by his stress from the side he chose. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and polite. Definitely recommend grabbing lunch here.
