Brothers Pizza Parlor

Love the decor and not to mention the service! As for the food, LOVED the pinwheel, my favorite. Ive been to the Hwy 6 location so I was a little disappointed. I think I will try a basic pepperoni next time. We had the Brothers Pizza and wasn't too excited about it. I don't like to fold my pizza but had to see as it was really thin and soft. I like a crunchy crust. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointing evening. Order a extra large CHEESE pizza. With extra cheese and paid extra. There was No cheese. I called. And the excuse was well wev are very busy tonight! I say very disappointing because Papa John's would have been better And cheaper. And they would care if it was sub standard

I've had this place bookmarked for a while, and wow, this is it! Growing up near the Philly area, I've had the luxury of east coast pizza shops. If you're from the east coast, you know that you can find nearly 20 pizza shops in every town - all that make a decent pie. After searching for nearly 4 YEARS since moving to the Houston area, Brothers has finally delivered on making a delicious pie that resembles a little something from home. The dough is amazing. Thin, crispy on the bottom yet requires a nice tare. The sauce it's subtly sweet and pairs perfectly with the melty cheese. This is done right. Every shop I've gone to around the area uses a conveyor belt oven, which doesn't cut it. Brothers uses a stationary pizza oven that just delivers on the quality. We ordered an XL Cheese pie with meatballs. The meatballs were thinly shaved and packed a punch of flavor. This order was delivered, so it sat a little bit before we got to enjoy, but nothing a little visit to the toaster oven can't fix. We will certainly be back. Well done!

First positive experience in this Brothers Pizza Parlor. The NY type pizza are great…the dough is very crunchy….delicious. 3 different sizes of pizza that you can customize with a large choice of ingredients.
