The service was counter service. The smoker smelled fantastic, but the worst is dried brisket there is nothing more disappointing to walk into a fantastic smelling establishment and get meat that is so dried out. The sausage was okay, but between the dried out ribs and brisket it was extremely disappointing because the reviews recommend this place for Barbecue! And Barbecue IS NOT Cheep so to serve it to paying guests dry was very disappointing 😕

A very below average bbq place by a quality standard. There's nothing spectacular about this place. I wouldn't recommend to anyone other than the fact the service was quick and price was reasonable. Not a place I would return to when there are so many better options in the area.

I’ve had this place several times through the past few years when I’m in Houston and tonight was special, they hooked it up. God bless the crew working tonight. We needed to get it brisket fix before the winter freeze so we ordered a pound. Today there was a very nice amount of brisket and the quality was very good and a good deal. Today came with some nice bread rolls and good amount of jalapeños, pickles & onions and some nice BBQ sauces. Thank you crew tonight and God bless you all!

We had almost 40 people and were given the entire upstairs. The marbled brisket was cooked great. I would prefer a little more smoke flavor but I’m not knocking off any stars for that. Self serve kind of place but staff was super attentive and helped with water, plates and forks. We had a great time and no one left hungry.

I use the drive through at the Sugar Land location and I have found on more than one occasion that when I ask for moist brisket they still give me the dry lean brisket. They put it on the bottom of the bag and I usually don’t catch it until I am home. It is soooo dry. Chicken is also dry but tasty. Ribs have a good flavor, meaty but again can be dry. You are almost forced to use sauce. Baked potatoes are average size but they don’t put as much meat as some places if you get it stuffed. Best thing is the potato casserole. Service is very friendly.
