Friendly, fast service, quick fix for Vietnamese food, I was surprised how fresh the springrolls were

This place is a hidden germ because it is hard to find a Vietnamese food truck in Houston, and also this place is not in the central of Vietnamese community. However, the food is really good. I strongly recommend grilled pork banh mi because the meat is so so good. The mayo sauce in banh mi is special too because according to the owner, he makes it fresh everyday. He also has option for vegetarian people too. Generally, this place is a must-try!

Best Food Truck in the Market, they are so professional with how they talk to the customers. They also cook the food they way you want it with no complains. I asked if they cooked Halal meat they have some if you ask them, and yes they do clean everything before cooking the Halal meat.

Closed owner seems to have other “business” update your listings as a owner of business my self this seems sloppy. Maintain the illusion 😉
