OMG!!!!! This place is absolutely amazing! A colleague recommended that we go for lunch and I was extremely reluctant because I'm a finicky eater.. I ordered my salad a/toppings and watched as the girl tossed each in the bowl and then mixed in the dressing. I was fascinated as she started stuffing the salad down into the bread but I was worried about how it would taste. I sat down at the table and when I took the first bite, I almost cried! It was so freaking good!!!! The crunch of the bread, the tangyness of the dressing g with the fresh salad ingredients were everything!!!!!! It was so good, I came back for lunch today and I'm planning to have it for dinner! I gave them four stars for service because the employees could stand to be a bit more personable. The greeting was bland and the energy was drab. Play music, smile, make suggestions, offer more friendly service.

Recommend: YES. I liked everything about Bread Zeppelin! Everything was excellent including the food, the staff, the cleanliness and the uniqueness of this food concept! Whether you're craving a fantastic bowl salad or sandwich, this is the spot! I was very pleased with the concept and guilt-free lunch! Essentially, Bread Zeppelin is a salad restaurant but also offer the salad within a fresh, thin crust/hollowed out bread roll, in place of a tortilla wrap. There is something for everyone while watching your diet and also your wallet. We arrived at lunch hour and we ordered the Plymouth Rock bowl and the Nola Zeppelin. *The Plymouth Rock Bowl was a bowl salad consisted of: Diced turkey, cranberries, beets, bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans, Arcadian mixed and drizzled with cranberry poppy seed dressing. *The Nola Zeppelin was a fantastic version of a po-boy sandwich but with a healthy salad twist: hollowed out thin crust roll stuffed with crispy shrimp, tomatoes, red onions, Dill pickles, white cheddar, iceberg lettuce drizzled with a French remoulade dressing. I tasted both of these items and they were both just perfectly delicious and appealing to the palate! The staff was very courteous, efficient and helpful! Their attitudes were great and they were able to make wonderful recommendations! The foods were prepared quickly with respect for prep hygiene. The dining area was kept impeccable and was a really comfortable, mellow area to eat. Overall, I give Bread Zeppelin two BIG thumbs up and they earned every one of their five stars! For a wonderful dining experience and delicious healthy food , this is an absolute must go to!

This was my first time trying Bread Zeppelin. Atmosphere was pleasing. The store is bright, clean and welcoming. Very modern decor. Large menu with lots of options for soup, salads or Zeppelins. The staff was very helpful when it came to us making decisions and even offered samples of various dressings. I got the "Create Your Own w/ Shrimp" and the "Washington State". Both were good. They also carry a unique assortment of juices. We got the Pink Guava lemonade.

Interesting spot with a healthier vibe to it. They hollow out a baguette bread and fill it with a salad. Basically making your salad handheld! I ordered the gyro version and found it to be good. Also haf a bowl of their broccoli cheddar soup which was good on a cold afternoon. This is a different kind of spot and i wish the employee were a little more trained to recognize a new patron and guide them through the process of ordering instead of looking at you like "come on already". Its not like its McDonalds and we all know the menu because we have eaten there our whole lives.

Alright, found the new go to Sandwich spot! This place is phenomenal. Bread Zepplin. It's in Spring. It's soooo amazing. The sauces are made fresh. The bread is sooo fresh. It's a healthy alternative. Staff is super friendly. Definitely been needing a spot like this. They make the sandwich by hollowing out a baguette and filling it. Totally different. Go check it out!
