we ate lunch at this cute neighbourhood wood fired pizza joint - their menu offers a variety of both classic and signature items, with the addition add-ons! i personally wish there were more of a crust on the pizzas, but overall a great meal. the restaurant is clean, lively, and has the BEST olives i’ve ever had!’

We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is always wonderful and inviting, and the service is consistently great. We had the wings and they were fantastic, and the pizza is hands down the best. The cheese is perfect and the crispy thin crust “Farm Beef” is amazing 🥩 Patrick is delightful and truly one of the main reasons we keep coming back almost every week. He always makes us feel welcome and takes such great care of us. Highly recommend!

We had lunch on a Saturday in October 2025. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Chicken wings were really good. Chicken Skewers were nicely cooked and presented, but very salty. Pollo Sandwich is delicious. Chicken Pizza is excellent. Definitely going back there soon.

This is our second time at Bollo Woodfired Pizza, and it did not disappoint at all. The menu is great, everything tastes fresh and delicious. This time we ordered the Alfredo pasta and the carbonara, and both were amazing and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🍝🍕✨ I didn’t take a pic of the food, just of this cute dessert.

Bollo is hands down my favorite pizza spot in Houston, and I’ve tried a lot of places around the city. Their wood-fired crust is on another level - light, perfectly charred, and just the right amount of chew. You can taste the quality in every bite. The pizzas are always fresh and full of flavor, but I also recommend the calamari. It’s cooked just right and makes a great start to the meal. If you’re looking for real, wood-fired pizza done right, Bollo is the place.
