Literally the whole experience was great. The scenery with the fishes and the section for the kids to play. The staff up front was very helpful and polite. Then we get called to the back and the young lady that helps Dr Nguyen was so patient with my 2 year old , sweet and helpful . Then Dr Nguyen came in and was very welcoming and bubbly, he was also very detailed. I definitely give it a 10/10 and will be back

I had an excellent experience with Eye center of Houston. The doctor was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. My eye exam was done carefully, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. I’m really happy with the care I received and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled eye specialist.

Dr Nguyen is a very patient and good bed side manner physician. However, getting in contact with the office directly is a nightmare!! I have called and left messages numerous of times to order contact lenses or even just get my prescription to order elsewhere and have been unsuccessful!! Their office hours only work best for me on Saturdays but who wants to utilize their time to travel in person for something can can easily be resolved over the phone.
