I visited Jason’s Deli for the first time a couple days ago, and the cashier made the experience so easy. I believe her name was Doriane. She was not only extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. On top of that, she was beautiful and had a great, friendly presence. Her patience and positive attitude made my first visit a great one. Excellent customer service! For sure would come again!

Shout out to Eva and some tall guy next to her bagging orders. What a team I like the way they communicated with each other. I was parked in front and was in a rush, they bagged my order fast and was able to leave before i could get a ticket. It’s hard to find parking when in downtown doing DoorDash and uber but due to Eva’s and her work i didn’t get a ticket my opinion best bagger Ive met yet.

I've patronized this establishment quite a bit since I started working in Downtown Houston. I must say the food especially that gumbo, is absolutely delicious. It has a unique flavor and taste that I have never had anywhere else outside of "Momma' Kitchen." The sandwiches and fruit cups are always freshly prepared and aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the staff including Chris, Xenia, Jalesa and the Team in general have created an environment that is friendly and inviting. In these days and times that is paramount to the overall dining experience. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

I wanted to try a food place other than the ones in the tunnel and find out about Jason’s deli and I can honestly say that it didn’t disappoint. I believe that the name of cashier that helped me out is Doriane, she was very joyful and professional. I tried the gumbo and coming from a person from Louisiana it was pretty good.

My wife & I came for lunch during the rush hour & were amazed at how fast, & delicious the food was!! I had a Smokey Jack Panini & it was very good! So much that I didn’t get to take a picture of it because I ate it so fast. The staff was very friendly. Especially Eva whom handed us our food & greeted us coming in! Thank you Eva for your attentive attention to our order & great food! We will be back soon!
