Easily the best crawfish I've ever had. My only regret is that I did not order more, and that it is in downtown houston. Open Saturdays only, 1-8, per their website, this place is in the 4501 Alameda Food and Entertainment food truck park in Third Ward. These folks know seasoning, and also have turkey necks in the boil, which I didn't try but look pretty good on their instagram. Crawfish is served Viet style, in a plastic bag and soaked in their bang bang seasoning. Even without the sauce, the Crawfish are extremely well seasoned and flavorful, but that sauce takes it to a whole new level. I'm not going to try to reverse engineer the recipe. Suffice to say they use some seasoning and spices that you might find familiar, but not from traditional crawfish, and the result is phenomenal.
