For Valentine's Day I treated myself at Snooze in the Montrose location. Soon as I walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff had such a positive vibe it really set the tone for a great solo brunch date. I ordered the corned beef hash meal with scrambled egg whites and added a buttermilk pancake on the side. It also came with toast. Everything came out fresh, hot, and beautifully plated. The corned beef hash didn't disappoint at all with crispy edges and tender bites throughout. The scrambled egg whites were light and fluffy, and that buttermilk pancake? Soft, golden, and a lil on the thick side but nonetheless delicious. The ambiance at Snooze Montrose is lively, colorful, and upbeat. A fun brunch energy without feeling chaotic. It was a few people in here today, so I couldn't tell you on a crowded day. It's definitely the kind of place that works for friend dates, family outings, or even celebrating yourself. 10/10 experience. Great food, great service, and a perfect Valentine's Day. We had an amazing brunch at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming, and our server Jeff made the experience even better by being attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. The food was outstanding across the board. We ordered the Garden Omelette, Pumpkin Pancakes, Bravocado Toast with sunny-side up eggs, a Kid’s Chocolate Chip Pancake, and the OMG French Toast. Every dish was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pumpkin pancakes were especially a seasonal treat, and the OMG French Toast lived up to its name! This particular location stands out as our favorite Snooze, the combination of excellent food, warm service, and great vibe really made it special. Highly recommend and definitely coming back

We were greeted and seated promptly, our waitress was super sweet, they had a coat hanger by every table which I thought was nice, their music selection was great as well and the food was amazing, I had the OMG French Toast with a cinnamon dusted cappuccino while my daughter had the Eggs Benny and everything was peak status. I left impressed and can’t wait to return.

I ordered the spuds deluxe, not sure of the name. It’s basically hash browns with eggs cheese & scallions. I added bacon and jalapeños as my enhancements. Beware the jalapeños were fresh and seedy. But it was flavorful and delicious! Hubby had breakfast tacos! He couldn’t eat it all! So good!!!

Unbelievable food! Phenomenal service ( Thanks Alex!!!! ) Atmosphere was enjoyable with retro feel. Truly wanted to kiss the cook, and wish we could have tipped 1 million $$$! A priceless experience!
