I was pleasantly surprised by this Sichuan restaurant. I would have said the Mala would have been my favorite but this is close. What I like about here is the fair pricing and the large portions they give you. Since inflation a lot of places have raised prices and cut back on portions. I feel it’s different here. 1. Pickled cucumbers: this was served as an appetizer for free. I was surprised because at other places you have to pay. It was mildly flavored but pleasant. 2. The pickled vegetables fish filet was good. I wish it was more tart but overall the portions was plentiful and it was tasty. 3. Spicy chicken cubes: while it’s normally cooked crispy this was battered more like breading. However the flavors were all there and the textures were good. It wasn’t soggy at all. Different but very good. I would get this again. 4. Cumin beef had strong flavors but pleasant to eat. No complaints here. 5. String beans: this was another favorite. They use picked mustard greens as part of this recipe and it brings a different and distinct flavor that is enjoyable. I’ve never had this version and it will soon become my favorite. 6. Beef rice noodles: This wasn’t bad. Flavors were a little milder than I like but still enjoyable. 7. Mapo tofu was full of Sichuan pepper chili oil that numbs your lips. It wasn’t too spicy and it tasted good. 8. Salt and pepper fish is really good and tasty. 9. Eggplant was delicious. 10. Kung Pao chicken was okay. Sauce gets overpowered by eggplant sauce. 11. Hot and sour soup had a little different flavor but was good. 12. Clay pot beef ribs and shrimp: although the flavors were okay I found the ribs to be fatty and the shrimp overcooked. It’s not bad but a little too oily for me. 13. Pork feet was delicious. I love this style of food but my family was t too crazy about it. Overall, I’d come back again. I feel that you get what you pay for and more.

Real Cowboy

We’ve never eaten here before and was told by our friends to give it try, so we did. I have to admit the food was very delicious the lunch specials are priced very well for the amount of food you’ll get. The service was excellent very fast and very easy to explain what you want. It’s very clean inside they do have TV that you can watch a game or whatever is on. I say give this place a try, they also have take out. Had their special combination fried rice and it’s a lot of food for two people. ENJOY!

The place is nice and clean, not crowded and staff is helpful and friendly. I ordered cumin lamb, Mala intestine with pork blood, spicy fish fillet and string beans stir fry and they all very good. We asked to have them made mild. We finish the lamb dish and the rest we will take home. They serve big portions and delicious. The unique movies frame posters are very interesting throughout the restaurant as decor. l love it!

love finding new places to enjoy high quality, fresh and delicious Chinese food. My go to items are boiled fish filets and crunchy chicken. I was so happy that they were able to accommodate my tastes- I like the flavor of Sichuan cuisine but I can't handle too much spice The restaurant wait staff and cooks were super awesome and got me exactly what I wanted! So 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for taste 10/10 for portion size

Good food with reasonable prices. The waitresses are nice and helpful. We went to many Sichuan places then I can tell Blazing Wok has authentic foods which we prefer more than the Americanized ones.
