Good service and food. The food came out quick and hot. Grilled chicken sandwich was good and the jalapeno cheddar bun was amazing. Onion rings were better than sweet potato fries in my opinion. Buttery wings had no flavor but added some mango habanero and that helped.

Atmosphere is great, where you unwind after work, great family place, drink section is good.. wings are well cooked and sauces are varied and flavorful, we tried buffalo medium, sweet honey and barbecue hot.. they where pallet friendly.. waffle first are great, but the fries come in different settings.. all yummy.

The Firehouse sauce was pretty good but the wings came to our table coolish bordering in cold which I thought was unusual. They seemed cooked all the way so I think that maybe the sauce was cold when it was applied to the wings. I was really jarred by the fact that this place would serve waffles and not have any milk. They offered ice cream on the side but it just didn't hit the same.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time visiting Big City Wings, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jocelyn and Manager Martina provided outstanding customer service. They were attentive, quick to resolve an issue with my order, and made sure everything was handled with care. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Martina, in particular, stands out as a true professional—always smiling, helpful, and clearly passionate about her job. The owner made an excellent choice in hiring her. Both Jocelyn and Martina truly deserve to be recognized for their dedication. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back.

Food was great drinks was great. This place was not far from the ballpark. Fried Mac and cheese appetizer. With ranch, you won't regret it. Loved our drinks so pretty tasted awesome. Oh my God, the beer was big.
