So I ordered through uber eats. I ordered pizza and wings and a burger. A bit thrown off from the get go because there’s no updates on a driver (believe they deliver themselves) but I did not receive my full order. I didn’t get the burger at all. So I did call and informed the person who answered and they mentioned “let me call uber and call you back in 5 minutes”. Of course didn’t call back… anyways as far as the food overall decent, not bad, not great but tasty. The crust reminded me of something frozen and toppings added but the sauce was flavorful and not shy on the cheese. The wings were small but a good amount for the value. That’s all overall missing the service follow up and quality can be improved but I would give it another try in the future maybe.

Worst experience with a pizza. I should have gone to Pizza Hut and you know that's bad to say. What can I say cold pizza, the sauces were pricey, and the customer service was okay. I brought the family special and it was not that special. The 2 pizza was big but cold. The cajun wings were overly vinegar and buying 20 wings you only get two little cups of sauce. So, I brought two more and it felt like I am buying gas. I'm sorry I'm a food influencer and I have say go and judge it yourself. You are either going to like or not. I just feel bad paying 50 buck and viewing google reviews on their 4.3 for their company which have a lesser score. Anyway, my wife called Big Ben pizza to explain that the pizza was cold and they just brush it off like they didn't care and manager was know where to found as one of the employee explain. My first time going here and moving to Katy seems they don't have good pizza or you better heat up there pizza if you live 5 minutes away from Big Ben pizza. And Big Ben destroyed that. Can someone tell me where is a good pizza restaurant and not a chain?

Big Ben's has been around for more than 9 yrs here in the area. The store is clean and small. The guy inside was nice. It has a bench table and a regular one seats bout 9 ppl. The food is about a 3* the restaurant is the reason it went a 4*. I ordered Wings and Pizza. The pizza was decent but it tastes like it was store-bought. The wings were okay nothing to brag on and they were a little small. This was my first time there and I made it known to the gentleman that took my order. I was not impressed. I will try them at a later date everyone deserves a second chance. As of right now I would say give them a try at least support our neighborhood vendors.

Decided to try big bens pizza for the first time today. ordered the Margherita pizza with a pepperoni pizza roll and I’m highly disappointed. Gentleman working, told me after the order was made that they were out of basil and offered me a dessert or soda instead. I declined the offer thinking “no big deal”. Well i get home and the pizza is not only missing basil but it’s also burnt. Smh really hate i wasted my money and time waiting for this mess. Won’t be back.

I've ordered from here for years now. Always good, and always tasty. Though I ordered a Calzone for the first time tonight. I lifted it to take a bite and everything inside just fell out. Seems as if it wasn't sealed, only folded over. Tastes good though.
