So happy we dropped in for the first time! The space is quaint and cozy and the staff were friendly and attentive. We did not realize they are BYOB and ran back home to bring a few bottles back in to enjoy with our friends. We really enjoyed all of our apps and entrees, where my veal was sooo tender no knife was needed at all. Generous portions but not overdone, and solid price point for sure. I sub’ed grilled veggies in for a small upcharge and was glad I did as they were fantastic! We liked the key lime pie… but the tiramisu dish, which was not classic style, was not something any of us would order again. They have coffee but no espresso bevs…which would be nice if available. We all agreed we want to come back and explore the menu some more. Love the entire kind of old school vibe and will definitely be back!

Tucked in a neighborhood, off the beaten path, Bellissimo is an uncut gem. The exterior is underwhelming, but what you get inside more than makes up for it. The food is delicious, service excellent and the atmosphere could lend itself to a fun evening out or romantic dining experience. The menu is easy to read, the portions are reasonable, parking is in the back (and I imagine on the street) and the place is BYOB. My party wasn't 'drinking', so I don't know if they offer set ups or mixers, but this is a very nice place.

Don't judge a book by its cover. While the outside is underwhelming, inside you havea nice cozy place and the Main st. Pasta was delicious! Definitely a good Italian hidden gem in Houston.

Easily one of my favorite spots. So underrated and we drove 1.5 hours for an early Valentine’s Day celebration. The food and service were extraordinary! I would go here again.

I have been coming to Bellissimo for several years. I first encountered them when they were on Airline Dr. The food has always been good and the service was good. I'm sure I will return sometime in the future. This last time I went, we ordered risotto, 2 pasta dishes and a pizza. Risotto was good but it could do without the peas or just a few peas. The strong flavor of the peas overpoweredthe flavor of the risotto. Pasta dishes were very good. Pizza was good but greasy. The waiter we had said he was new and we could definitely tell from the overall service. I asked for parmesan and pepper flakes for the pizza. The waiter did not know how to sprinkle the parmesan or pepper flakes, so instead of a nice even sprinkling of parmesan and pepper flakes, I got huge globs of parmesan and pepper flakes in specific places. Drinks did not get refilled and had to ask for more olive oil for the bread. Hopefully this waiter will quickly catch on or he will not make it. With all that said, as stated before, I would still come back just for the food.
