My leasing experience was better than I expected and Nayeli Monterrosa was amazing in making sure I was able to review all options possible. Im so glad I let her steer the conversation a bit because she showed me an option I wasn’t planning on looking at, and now I am so grateful and proud to move into my new place. It’s beautiful, the grounds and community are nice and clean. Truly a seamless and thoughtful experience to maximize my opportunity. Thank you Nayeli!!

I being living here for 1 year and a half now. And for the time is always problems with the incompetent office staff. They try to tow my truck today from my own spot that I pay for and was part of my contract. After calling them to inform them about my truck being towed. They make wait like 20 minutes on call to just tell me that they don’t know what happened on their computer system but the spot that were I was parking was not mine no more, and it’s already being assigned to a new tenant. Basically they tell me that the spot it’s not mine no more for a bug they have in theirs computer system, and that they try to tow my truck because the spot it’s already assigned to someone else. When I literally pay for that spot and add that spot to my contract with them. So they don’t only make me waste my time. They tried to tow my truck and also remove me from my parking spot with the only reason that they have a problem on their computer system and they already assigned the parking spot to a new tenant, and they can’t do nothing about it. They only offer me to stop for the office to apply for a new parking spot. Why I have to do again the whole process to apply for a new parking spot # when I already was having my parking spot. What a waste of time with this incompetent staff. Today they try to tow my truck. They also give my parking spot to a new tenant for no reason and leave me without parking spot. Last week a guy enter to my apartment without notice or knocking on the door. He just enter. I find him on my living room and when I confront him, he just tell me that the office staff send him to paint my apartment and they tell him that my apartment was vacant. So they send someone to my apartment telling him that my apartment was vacant. I was thinking that I was getting robbed when I find that guy inside my living room. Like really? What it’s going to be next? What it’s going on with this incompetent office staff. Incredible!

Hello, I recently moved into Seagrove Apartments and so far I’m really enjoying it. I live on the Phase 2 side, which I find to be a bit calmer and quieter—perfect if that’s what you prefer. Phase 1, on the other hand, is more lively since the pool and gym are located there, so you’ll often see small gatherings or birthday parties. I’ve also noticed the change in management and want to highlight the new manager, Megan. She is by far the most qualified manager I’ve seen here—professional, organized, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. The maintenance team has also been wonderful. I especially want to recognize the porters they are exceptional at their job, always respectful, kind, and quick to help resolve any issues. That said, they consistently do a great job and truly take care of the community. Of course, no apartment complex is perfect, and Seagrove is no exception. For me, the main concern isn’t the staff but rather some residents who don’t pick up after their pets or who leave litter around. These things aren’t always in management’s control, so I believe it’s important that we, as a community, do our part to keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone. In conclusion, before moving in I read some of the recent reviews, and I honestly disagreed with many of them. I’d encourage anyone considering Seagrove to take those reviews with a grain of salt—because there are always two sides to every story.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Maintenance Leadership I want to take a moment to recognize Gustavo, the head of maintenance. He is truly exceptional. On one occasion, near the end of the workday, the dog accidentally locked the security deadbolt from the inside of the apartment. Gustavo immediately stepped in and rallied his team to help us safely gain entry through the second-story balcony — something he absolutely didn’t have to do so late in the day, but he did without hesitation. Gustavo is always on top of everything. He’s there early, stays late, and consistently goes above and beyond. He is joyful, friendly, incredibly skilled at what he does, and never dismissive. He leads with humility and respect, and it’s clear he has built a strong, capable team because of the way he leads. This property is fortunate to have him. Gustavo is a true professional and an even better leader.

i moved into this apartment may 17th of 2023. from the very beginning there was issues. when i first toured the place i was supposed to be getting a one bedroom townhome with a garage for $1,100. i signed the lease, i payed the deposit. when it came time for me to move in i was informed that they actually didn’t have any townhomes available and the one i looked at was currently being rented out. no big deal, i was 19 and just excited to live by myself so i agreed on a one bedroom apartment as long as it was on the 4th floor. i had to resign the lease, pay ANOTHER deposit and moved in a week later. i was told i would be getting a key fob to the gate the following week but never received one. the one bedroom apartment ended up being $200 more than the townhome (how, i have no idea bc it’s wayyy smaller.) a month into living here a bad hurricane hit and the shingles blew off the roof of my apartment. i woke up to water dripping on me and my ceiling falling off. called the office many times and no response. i then got in touch with adrian, my leasing man at the time, and told him what was going on, my bedroom and closet were molding bad. everything in my room and closet were destroyed (furniture, clothes, shoes, literally everything) he told me they would compensate me for the damages done in my apartment and have someone come work on it. it took 2 months for anyone to come out to my apartment after multiple calls and complaints. i was sleeping in my living room for 6 months total. they came out and all the did was paint over the mold and put a slab of drywall on the ceiling (this doesn’t get rid of mold) it began to mold again and i called and let them know. it took another 2 months for anyone to come out. again they just painted over it. i was told i didn’t have to pay for 2 months of rent due to the inconvenience, so i didn’t. i got multiple calls and letters saying they were going to vacant my apartment if i didn’t pay, i called the office and they told me that i should’ve never been told that so i went ahead and payed. i had to buy all new furniture and all new clothes, shoes etc. they never compensated me for the fact that everything got destroyed like they said they would. another issue is my toilet is constantly running, i’ve called and put in a service request multiple times for months and no one has came out to fix my toilet at all. the last straw was this morning, for context i got off of work last night around 11:30, i didn’t get home until around 12:10. i drove around my apartment 4 times looks for parking spot, mind you i pay $1,400 for a one bedroom apartment and i’m a 20 year old girl living by herself, so i parked under one of the covered spots. i went down the stairs this morning and my car was gone. i called the front office and for the first time in 6 months someone actually answered, i explained what happened and i was told since i don’t pay for a spot that my car got towed. when i asked where i can park they told me i could’ve drove to the other side and walked to my apartment. i’m sorry but if i'm paying $1,400 for a “luxury” apartment i shouldn’t have to walk a mile to my apartment at midnight in 30 degree weather, that’s ridiculous. idk where all these cars have come from and why all the spots are taken up but paying an additional $50 a month when i’m already paying so much is absolutely insane. DO NOT LIVE HERE. this has by far been the worst experience ive ever had and everyone who works for the company is actually absurd.
