⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Barbarossa Coffee Roasters continues to impress every time we visit. The quality of the food and coffee, combined with the atmosphere and service, makes it one of the best coffee spots around. I had the breakfast croissant with salad, and it was excellent. Freshly made, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Simple ingredients done right always stand out. We also ordered an iced Americano, which was smooth and perfectly brewed, and a latte that was just as good. Rich, balanced, and crafted with care. You can tell they take their coffee seriously. The ambiance is great. Comfortable, welcoming, and perfect whether you are meeting someone, working remotely, or just enjoying a quiet coffee break. Huge shoutout to Kate, the store manager, who was absolutely on it. She was moving with confidence and efficiency, putting out drinks back to back without missing a beat. True barista energy. Also a big thank you to Megan in the back of the house for keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend Barbarossa Coffee Roasters. I love the atmosphere here. It's so quiet and the seating is comfortable. Definitely a place you can come and work in. The coffee was great and the beef roll and spinach and feta roll was yummy.

Finally made it to this location and we loved our visit this weekend! Brady and Chase are absolutely lovely baristas that make wonderful lattes and are both so incredibly welcoming! We tried a Spanish latte and an iced banana bread latte~ so delicious~ thank you Brady! So happy to pick up a cute sticker too! We will definitely be back!
