Very disappointing experience. When I requested proof of insurance for a customer, the staff was dismissive and uncooperative. They instructed the customer to call directly, but then failed to answer his call or provide the needed document. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness made it extremely difficult to resolve the issue. I hope the agency improves its communication and customer support processes in the future. This is not the first time this happens.
