I needed a quick, healthy meal so on a whim I stopped into Balanced Foods and grabbed two meals; Shrimp Fried Rice and an Omega Salmon. I ate the shrimp one first - Omg so delicious, with LOTS of shrimp!! I had the salmon the following day. Wow! That salmon filet was a generous portion! The flavors on both meals were delicious and they were both very filling. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend!

For a mother with a 5 month old, this is a game changer. Life is already hectic enough with a full-time job and a young one at home so why worry about dishes, groceries, and cooking. The meals I've had fit within my macro's (baby weight to lose), but are also delicious! I also appreciate EJ who ensured my meals were delivered to my office before the end of the work day, thank you!!

Recently discovered Balanced Foods in the Heights. Stoked that I did. Loaded in a bunch of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items just to try things across the board. Not a single one disappointed! I decided recently to up my diet game, figured i'm doing everything else working out - weight training, running, and cycling, but the one thing i never really do is watch my diet. Haha, maybe good genes but it's time to actually get everything "balanced." I discovered them by another athlete tipping them on her IG, so I thought if good enough for her, why not give it a try. I really liked ease of ordering and the service from them texting me telling my order was ready. That one small thing helps a busy guy out. One last thought - my 16 year old son scarfed more of these meals down than I did. Is that not the tell ?!
