The property is absolutely gorgeous from the beautifully maintained landscaping to these stylish, modern interiors. What really stood out to me was the peaceful resort like atmosphere. I’m beyond excited to say I’ll be moving in June 2026 and I’m already counting down the days. Great area!

My experience living at San Simeon has been excellent. The staff have been helpful and attentive, and the complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. All service requests have been addressed promptly, same day even, and the maintenance workers are friendly. Not to mention it’s excellent location! The amenities are also nice. Overall satisfied. I’ve always registered guests as soon as they park and haven’t had any issues.

My experience here at San Simeon has been great! I appreciate how management has stepped up with enforcing parking. It’s nice to know they care enough to require our visitors to check in virtually. There is a good size area of guest parking and our garage is gated and secured. I know this helps control security as well. We use Keyfobs to access secured resident areas and we have a Dwelo app that allows us access as well. Being a young lady these type of security measures are important. Staff and maintenance have always been very helpful.

My daughter is part of the UH volleyball team and I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I visited for a few days and this property is beautiful. The maintenance team has helped her without hesitation when she called about her dishwasher. Mrs. Martha was so great and helpful. Crystal always so attentive and friendly! Thank you Leti for having us during our visit. San Simeon is a Gem and we cannot wait to come back to Houston to visit!

First, wanted to give a BIG shoutout to Crystal J! She has been a tremendous help during multiple situations during our stay with San Simeon. She ensures you are heard, taken care of, and is very patient with the topic/question/concern you raise with her. I cannot express how thankful my husband and I are of Crystal's help during our move-out process (we just closed on a house). She 100% made sure there was full clarity on all our questions and wrote down/printed out all the detailed information we needed to ensure we were making the best decision. Crystal stayed there with me through ALL my questions and her positive attitude made the journey less stressful leaving me comfortable, confident, and fully reassured. Next, wanted to express that we will miss living here at San Simeon. We have lived here for over 4 years and enjoyed living here throughout the entire time. We have no complaints at all and will miss everyone here, shoutout also to Marta & Salvador (they are the best maintenance ever, very quick, efficient, and personable). They ensure your issues are addressed fully and the turnaround time was always quick. Marta & Salvador witnessed our family grow, always a delight to run into them, we will miss seeing them. We made great memories here all around the beautifully maintained property, we got married while staying here, had our 1st child, and met very wonderful people here as well. Moving will be a bittersweet feeling. If anyone is considering to move, please do so. We attest to an amazing experience at San Simeon and hoping future residents can as well.
