So annoying to receive something so awful and I’m pretty much burnt when this is what you’ve been craving. Very disappointing and I’ll be disputing this transaction.

I wanted to see the hype of pretzel bites from here but they are very simple. It has a good taste and they are soft but the cheese was so bad with it. It was a very strong artificial taste that did not go with the pretzel. Plus the amount of cheese in the packet is so little for that price. $7 for this is way overpriced also.

Two stars because a 13 year old boy served me and I think that’s great. However, even for his age he lacked any social skills or enthusiasm. I don’t think he ever even talked to me. He could have been deaf, idk. Okay, whatever, but take a look at the pretzel (or pieces) I received. When you pay like $4, you kind of expect there to be some standards. Unfortunately, this was the best service I’ve received at this location. Last time I filled out the survey on the receipt (almost a year ago), was contacted by the manager who appreciated my feedback and promised to send a free pretzel voucher, but never did. I just can’t support this place. Disappointed every time.

Came in an hour before closing just wanted one item. Was told the item I wanted they were out of but clearly had 6 left. They took it out the case and said they were already bought… 3 boys in the front were rude/dismissive and they were playing inappropriate music loudly. They said they were closed when they clearly weren’t.

Super nice staff and service. Honest about true freshness of their pretzels (always ask nicely and politely). Pretzel bites are great for sharing!
