Cashier got the order wrong we ordered two large and give us one large one small also the burger was tasteless because I put some sauces on it. Did NOT help. I SEEN IT WAS PINK IN THE MIDDLE RAW. SMH 🙄😒 yes I did eat 90% of the burger but I'm telling you it was only because I put a lot of sauce on it trying to cover up this terrible 🤢 burger. Finally I couldn't take it no more and I looked into the the burger and it was wrong cold and cheese was not even melted just overall a terrible experience. I should have went next door down a little ways to Whataburger

Very fast and the food was HOT and fresh. Nice job! The place was definitely old but well kept and clean. The employees were friendly. Prices were high as always.

Today 12/9/2025 I went to cypresswoof loc.#39 had coupon.for buy 1 get 1 free. The Clerk or cook brought my sandwichs out with in 3 to 4 min? I ask already done ? the person. yea yea acting like hurry and leave. food smelled like moldy and musky.not fresh. called 2 times...# off hook? Thank you ?

Took a minute for good to be ready, but that was okay since everything was fresh. Fries were super salty, though (as seen in the picture). Getting out of parking lot can be difficult.

My first time eating Arby’s ever in my life and I’m sure I will never go back. Unacceptable paid over $12 for a wrap that had MAYBE 2 chicken tenders in the wrap. I will be calling in tomorrow morning to speak with the general manager.
