Finally got to try Andaluz Vegan in Cypress today!! The food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was cute. We had the enchiladas (entomatadas) and the quesadillas birria and my non-vegan friend enjoyed her food, too. 🤤 cannot wait to go back!

Great vegan restaurant in this side of town. Food was really good! I also liked the horchata drink as well. They were really nice and attentive. I would return.

Absolutely recommended, this place is extraordinary amazing. You find the best Mexican vegetarian food in this cozy restaurant. The service is magnificent. You can not miss it.

My wife and I ate at Andaluz Vegan today, and WOW—what an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were met with genuine kindness, thoughtfulness, and warmth that immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. When the food arrived at our table, we were honestly amazed. The presentation was absolutely beautiful—each plate looked like a work of art. And the taste? Even better. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. You honestly couldn’t even tell this was vegan food—if no one told you, you’d never guess it was 100% vegan. What made the experience even more special was learning that this restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team, Alejandro and Darlin. Alejandro’s creativity and excellence in the kitchen paired perfectly with Darlin’s kindness and heartfelt service. Together, they are a wonderful combination of creativity and care. As a married man myself, it was truly inspiring to see a husband and wife working together in such unity to bring joy—and such delicious cuisine—to the world. Because this is a husband-and-wife operation, I encourage guests to please be patient. Everything is prepared with intention, love, and excellence, and I can confidently say—it is well worth the wait. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience filled with heart, passion, and authenticity. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier vegan cuisine made with love. We will definitely be back!

I’m not vegan, but have friends that are. Came here with and I can say that I was shocked how good the food is and has the traditional Mexican flavours. I got the sopes plater and everything was delicious.
