Some restaurants serve food. Amrina creates an experience. From the moment you walk in, every detail feels intentional… the ambiance, the energy, the presentation, the service, the pacing of the evening. Elegant, chic, immersive and somehow still warm and welcoming all at once. The culinary talent in that kitchen is undeniable. Every course felt thoughtful, layered and beautifully executed. You can feel the creativity, precision and passion behind every plate. I had the sea bass and was just … WOW!!! Flavor, texture, presentation everything was exceptional. The curated menu kept surprising us in the best way throughout the night. And then came dessert… the pistachio moong dal frangipane Absolutely unforgettable. Unique, refined and beautifully balanced. One of those desserts you keep thinking about long after dinner is over. The entire team at Amrina made the evening feel special from beginning to end. Attentive, knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. There’s a reason Amrina stands out. It’s not just about luxury or aesthetics… it’s the feeling they create throughout the entire experience. Refined, romantic, immersive and unforgettable. Food is truly an art form there, and every person behind that experience makes it very clear. GG Coates 🖤

I had an amazing experience at Amrina in The Woodlands. The Indian fusion cuisine is truly exceptional, combining bold flavors with elegant presentation. Christopher, our waiter, provided outstanding service, his recommendations were spot on, and he paid attention to every detail, making the evening even more special. We ordered the Chettinad Crab Poppers, Rosewood Gold Texas Wagyu ribeye, beef, and garlic naan, and every dish was perfectly prepared and incredibly flavorful. For dessert, the Cardamom Chocolate Mousse with jaggery caramel and 24-carat gold was stunning, and the Pistachio & Moong Dal Halwa Frangipane was equally delicious. Experiencing both desserts together was unforgettable. Highly recommend this restaurant for a refined and memorable dining experience.

We went to Amrina for Thanksgiving dinner. It wasn’t packed which is good for us. The food never disappoints - super delicious makes me go to my happy place. Unfortunately the service level does not match the food level. Never once did our waiter or anyone checked in on us. I had to call their attention every time which is is disappointing. And btw, our table is on the main walkway so it would have been not so inconvenient for the waiter to check in on us. Amrina would have been one of my all time favorite in The Woodlands area had the service been better. In summary - if you like really good and creative Indian cuisine but can settle for not so good service then Amrina is a good option for you

Oh my my my, I am not sure where to begin. Was it our fantastic server Brittany who was so sweet, knowledgeable, and steered us in all the right directions? Or was it plate after plate of magical bites that made everything so right? Let me begin: The food here is personal and distinctly Indian with those deep, rich flavors that come from roasting whole spices- not buying junk from a jar. There are times where there is a heavy Japanese influence (tuna crudo with yuzu and A5 Wagyu), other times where yo Mom and them came up from NOLA and brought Drago's chargrilled oysters with them. Chef gave them a beautiful kiss of masala and marriage in Heaven was created. The Chaat is an absolute MUST. The bowl had everything you want- crunchy fried kale, deeply rich curry sauce, chickpeas, potatoes, chutney- every single bite was an adventure. I am a better human for eating this. Onion flight was fun, but the pickled flight is not to be missed. I would order it again for those beautifully pickled carrots- tender with still a soft bit of bite and the vinegary zing with the Indian spices made this a dish I would eat by itself all day. Everyday. A carrot? Yes, a pickled carrot. Atmosphere is upscale, so don't be afraid to put on that dress or that suit you have been wanting to wear! Perfect date night spot.

As someone who has ate Indian food at home, in many places in Houston, worldwide, and India itself, this is a fantastic Indian fusion restaurant. It is not traditional Indian - don’t expect a huge menu with traditional options. Do expect a fantastic meal that are well inspired by Indian flavors. Each dish is unique and is not something you’ll find anywhere else. The sous chef is also humble and very polite. We got to meet him as we walked in by chance. He held the door for us despite being busy serving dinner to many patrons.
