We finally made it to Alings Chinese Bistro, the HWY90 location, and I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re a fan of Indo-Chinese food, you seriously need to check this place out. The absolute highlight of the night was the Chili Gobi (V17). It was incredibly crispy and perfectly sauced—honestly mouthwatering. It’s one of those dishes you keep thinking about the next day. If you’re a spicy food lover, you are going to be in heaven here. They really know how to bring the heat without losing any of the amazing flavor. The heat level is perfect for anyone who loves a good kick. Everything felt fresh, the service was fast, staff were awesome and the vibe was just right for a fun dinner out.

I recently visited Alings Chinese Restaurant, and the experience left me genuinely impressed. From the very first bite, I felt as though I had been transported straight to the Indo-China border, where flavors from both cultures blend seamlessly. Each dish carried an authentic, well-crafted taste—bold, balanced, and true to its roots. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was precise, and the presentation reflected real culinary expertise. Alingo isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to experience food. I walked in curious, but walked out amazed.

📍Alings, Sugar Land, TX Crispy beef - 9.5/10 - Saucy and delicious - my personal favorite Chicken lolipops - 7/10 - Crispy but not too flavorful 🍗 Pepper shrimp - 7.5/10 - Tasty🍤 and crispy but could use more spice/sauce Chicken sweet corn soup - 8.5/10 - Tasty, on the sweeter side 🍲 Garlic chicken - 8/10 - Pretty gingery, i liked the flavor but wish it was less dry Meeri meeri sizzler chicken - 7.5/10 - I loved the sauce they used but chicken was still a bit bland Szechwan fried rice chicken - 9/10 - Spicyy 😋🌶️ and chicken was tasty Gobi manchurian - 9.5/10 - Crispy and sauce was amazing Vegetarian hakka noodles - 8/10 - Tasty but plain so best when paired with something Lava flow - 7.5/10 - Good mix of all the flavors🍓, very fizzy Mango burst - 8/10 - Kinda tasted like a mango🥭 lassi, pearls were a bit bitter Tried Alings for the first time and im not a fan of fusions but their dishes were pretty good overall. My personal favorites were the Szechwan fried rice and crispy beef. Some of the items didnt have as much sauce and spice as I would like. Overall pretty good spot for halal Indo-Chinese food 🔥

I recently ate at Aling’s and overall the food was good and flavorful. The dishes had strong seasoning, fresh vegetables, and the kind of bold Indo-Chinese taste the restaurant is known for. Portions were satisfying and everything arrived hot and well presented. One area that could be improved is the texture of the meats. Both the beef and chicken were a bit firmer than expected and not as tender as they ideally should be. The flavor was there, but softer, more tender meat would elevate the experience significantly. With a small adjustment in cooking technique, this place could easily move from good to excellent. Overall, a solid option for Indo-Chinese cuisine, especially if you enjoy strong flavors. I’d return and request softer meat preparation next time.

Great location to host my campaign event. The servers were amazing and took excellent care of our guests. The food was consistently replenished, and everything stayed fresh. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy a great meal.
