Came here for the first time over the weekend. The salsa verde is great, you just have to ask for it. The meals were good. But the best part of the tortillas- fresh and house made! Both my husband and I got steak which was a bit chewy but flavor was good. At the end they sang to our daughter for her birthday which was fun.

This place is beautiful and staff was so welcoming. I enjoyed my carne asada, rice and beans. I’m so picky when it comes to my sides and I was impressed that the rice is similar to the way I make it. The charro beans were delicious. My friend had a frozen margarita and it was amazing. If I wasn’t driving I would’ve ordered one. I will say they only have 2 stalls in the women’s restroom so there was a wait so be prepared for that but other than that I will definitely need to come back for the margarita lol

The food here was amazing!! If you're from California, and miss CA Mexican food, then you must try Alicia's Mexican Grille!! The Rib Eye Tacos 🌮, Nachos, and shrimp 🍤 cocktail were amazing! The service was excellent too! Our Waiter was very attentive and gave us excellent suggestions! My husband is Hispanic, and he missed the California Mexican food and he can't wait to return to Alicia's for a meal with friends! Thanks to the friendly staff!

I arrived at 6:30 PM to pick up a phone order my wife placed ahead of time. After waiting about 40 minutes, I was told they had lost my order and I needed to place it again. From there, things went downhill fast. I didn’t receive my food until around 8:20 PM, meaning I waited over two hours total for a pickup order. During the wait, I politely asked a staff member to check on my order, and she responded with a rude attitude, saying “they’re working on it” and walking away. What made this worse: multiple customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. Mistakes happen, but losing an order, making customers wait hours, and responding with attitude instead of accountability is unacceptable. This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Alecia's had good food and food service. The atmosphere is really fun. I like that they have a complimentary ice cream machine. I would say that there's just something missing lately. The last few times we've gone, the staff seemed like they were just not happy to be there. They lacked the enthusiasm and friendliness we get at our other favorite restaurants. Our waitress had kind of a forced smile as she greeted us, and after she took our drink order, she turned off the smile a little too soon. Really made the smile look so cold and fake. Things never got better. The busser also never smiled or responded when I thanked him for filling our water. I get that it's a job, but I waited tables for several years and we always found ways to have fun and engage guests with sincerity and enthusiasm. There are a LOT of other options for dining out, especially Mexican food. I won't bother going somewhere that isn't eager and enthusiastic about earning my business.
