This is my go to place when I’m craving Mediterranean food. I go once every couple of weeks. With that said, today I put in an order around 8:30. Close to closing. If they didn’t want to make my food, they shouldn’t have accepted my order. I ordered a side of hummus and a falafel sandwich. The put that was with the hummus AND that was on my sandwich were cold and hard. The falafel sandwich did not have fresh falafels on it. They were cold. There was no tahini on it. So it was extremely dry. And on top of that I paid for two hot sauces, 1 was spoiled. By the time I realized, I was home and the place was closed. This is the 3rd time I’ve received spoiled hot sauce. Please do better. I’m a transfer from the Montrose location and they would never serve food like this.

Until today, this was my go-to Mediterranean spot. Simply bc I've ordered from them for several years thru UE/GH and never had an issue. This evening, the chicken in my food was shockingly dry and charred to a crisp. DISGUSTING. There's no way the cook didn't know it was no longer fit for consumption. They clearly do not care if they served and sent out what I received. And they even dressed it up with cheese and fresh vegetables to make it EXTRA delicious. How fun!

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. It was extremely hyped up to me by a friend who said it was the best falafel they ever had. I unfortunately did not have that same experience. The service was good, the kid at the front was nice enough and accommodating, but the food was just unfortunately mediocre. Falafel was ok at best. Bread was not my favorite. French fries were meh. Asked for extra hot sauce but it wasn’t slightly spicy. The hummus was probably the best part of the meal. Again, nothing was bad, but it just wasn’t great. Felt like an average Houston Halal spot.

Just dreadful. Ordered once on DoorDash and everything arrived cold and had to be thrown away. Then accidentally ordered from them again and went there myself to pick it up and again everything was cold. I don’t mean “not as hot as I would prefer”. The French fries were cold to the touch. The falafel were like solid dried out hockey pucks. The salads were all wilted. The pita were stale. On each occasion, I gave the restaurant an opportunity to correct the problems and the phone was answered by maybe the same girl who couldn’t have cared less. I can’t believe people like this place.

The food was just okay, the Gyro meat was tasty, well seasoned and juicy, the chicken shawarma was very dry and the poorly seasoned. The sides weren't really good, the stuffed grape leaves (dolma) weren't really good the filling was very dry and tasteless, the Baklava was pretty tasty.
