Akashi Sushi Fusion Asian Cuisine

Akashi's has been our go to for Chinese, Japanese, and Sushi for our family. Wait staff is always super friendly. Baked Salmon Roll and SkyDriver Roll our 2 of our favorites, Hot and Sour soup is the best around, and their bento box with teriyaki and tempura shrimp is also great!

The Salmon and Yellowtail Sashimi is fresh and savory. I would also recommend the Crunchy Dynamite Roll and the Texan Giant Roll for the Maki fans. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely dine at this location again. Would highly recommend anyone in the Katy area give Akashi Sushi a shot!

The food was pretty good. the service was nice and the staff was very friendly! I rate it 4 stars because we ordered drinks and they weren't all that great I had the lemon drop and we also got another drink that really wasn't all that great either but that did not stop us from enjoying the over all experience I would go back they have a huge variety of options on the menu!

Sushi and Sashimi here is so fresh. Atmosphere is clean, spacious, and the servers are very friendly. I'd love to try more menu next time.

Nice restaurant. Packed. Clean. Staff is helpful too. Assured me the miso soup was vegetarian. Had no animal fat in it. The sushi also was the same. I was saying it tasted like the sushi at HEB. Nothing extraordinary. The salad was good. Had peanut sauce dressing. When I saw the bill they had charged me $2.25 for soft drinks which I had not ordered. Brought it to their attention. Seemed confused and change the bill. -_-
