Had brunch today with my husband here. The ambiance was incredible as soon as you walk in. The front staff that took our order were so sweet and kind. Our food came out so quick AND it was fresh and very delicious.

Adair Kitchen is a casual restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The food was good, but certainly not exceptional. I had a latte and the Gemelli Pasta, which tasted fine overall, but was a little dry and the fennel was tough and tasteless. There were nine of us and some ordered off the breakfast menu and others ordered off the lunch menu. Prices are reasonable.. Everyone seems to have enjoyed their meal. The service was slow and random, I received my pasta long before my latte, one person received her meal in four different parts. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant is light and clean, it was not crowded or noisy. Being New Year's Day, they may have had staffing issues. I would go back if invited by a friend, but would not choose it on my own.

Had a horrible experience. Was served a pork banh mi with two slabs of pork fat. (See pic) Went for Houston Restaurant weeks and ordered of that menu. Received delicious Mac and cheese starter but my guests starter of tortilla soup was not delivered at the same time and after 5 minutes we had to ask for it. Restaurant was like a romper room with noisy children everywhere.

Great menu and delicious teas. Started with a "beginning" of Mac n Cheese. Incredible! Shell mac with light cheese sauce sprinkled with cheddar and served in a hot , cast iron skillet. Nice presentation. I then tried the lavendar, bergamot tea but had them ice it for me. Wow. Finally a lavendar tea that actually tastes like lavendar! The BLT was good but short on bacon . The chips were homemade. They were this, crispy and tasty. All in all a place to return too.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. mediocre food, the staff kept forgetting our drinks and then promised to make them, served us with dirty silverware and acted like it was the biggest deal in the world to get us clean silverware, gave us wilted greens, and finally the atmosphere was full of screaming unattended kids. All in all, a pretty awful brunch experience, I was so disappointed because I was excited to take my husband to a fun local spot we live by but we won't be returning.
