My 1st time coming and the food was delicious! I ordered the mariscada soup and 2 pupusas. The soup was delicious and served a large portion of it. The pupusas were so good and hot. The food definitely exceeded my expectations! The lady was very nice and even packaged everything up that I couldn’t finish to take home! I give it a 10 out of 10 in flavor and will be back again. I recommend giving this place a try if your looking for a home cooked Salvadoran meal.

Best pupusas in the city! 100% Authentic Salvadoran cuisine cooked with love by chef Nelly. The food is always fresh and served by friendly staff. Definitely a destination for all foodies!

We stopped in for a late lunch on Wednesday. We ordered several items and all were great. The natural juices were delicious, I had the pineapple and my mom had the hibiscus. The pupusas were excellent, my favorite was the De Loroco con queso. We will definitely be back.

Wife and I found this quaint place for an early dinner. To drink, my wife wanted to try their Pepinada. It's very tart and refreshing limeade with cucumber water. Great for a hot summer day. For an appetizer we tried their Yuca Con Chicharrón. The Yuca is fried very well. The Chicharón is tender and juicy. Accompanying it is a delicious crumbled cheese that is salty and goes great with the dish. My dish I ordered was Chicharrones de Costilla which was delicious. Their Chicharrones are delicious. It came with a tangy slaw that was crisp. Their rice was delicious and very well seasoned. It also came with a small bowl of beans cooked in a broth. The beans were well cooked, but the broth was a bit salty for my taste. My wife tried their Mojarra Frita. It's a fried whole tilapia. The whole fish is wonderfully seasoned and fried just right to make the outer crispy while locking in the juicy flavor. Our server was very friendly. The service took a bit of time for us to receive our order, though. This felt like a true family restaurant that we're glad we tried. We'd like to visit again, in the future, to see if their service time has improved.

So nice to have an authentic Salvadoran restaurant by the house. Everything was flavorful and fresh! They just opened and need help running food but the owners are serving customers and making sure your experience is excellent. Definitely recommend couples and families to come and eat.
