9er's Grill

My mom and brother ordered burgers and onion rings through DoorDash. Mom broke her hip and can't drive but has been wanting 9ers for a bit, so she ordered delivery. The burgers were good, but they both complained the onion rings were completely inedible. I tasted one and literally gagged when I did. The only way to describe it would be as though the lid came off the salt shaker when salting them. It's simply not possible someone would have salted them that much on their own. And at $6 per order, that’s unacceptable. When mom called the restaurant to let them know, the woman who answered said, “That’s not our problem. Call DoorDash.” DoorDash didn’t cook the food. Their kitchen did. Taking zero responsibility for a clear quality issue is not good customer service. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but the food and service have been declining for some time, and this response just took the cake. Sad to say, but we won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to see a place we used to enjoy go downhill like this, but the reality is you can't force a restaurant to stay in business when they don't care about their food or their customers.

I wound up here for lunch and was looking for a "lunch portion" of chicken fried steak, which wasn't an option. So, I got the ham club sandwich and it had to be the freshest and best club I've ever had. I saw the waitress pass by with hamburgers that looked so good as well. I will definitely be back to try that and other menu items. Very impressed with 9er's.

This is an awesome place for a good burger, fries, and onion rings. However, I did have one issue: my child's burger came with extra toppings despite our specific request to leave them off. The receipt even showed that we had requested no additional toppings, so it seems there was an error by the cook or prep staff. Additionally, the restrooms were in a disgusting condition and need to be cleaned. It felt like I was in a completely different establishment when we visited the restroom.

Service was great! Food was hot! Tea was good!! Basic "American diner" style food Burgers are big. Fries are steak cut not too impressed with the fries but the onion rings, tater tots and curly fries were good. The extreme burger ( chilli cheese burger ) Was good the chilli was on the side for the Togo order. The jalapeno burger was good not spicy at all. The jalapeno were the nacho pickled style The chicken fried steak was tender, crunchy. A lil salty but good The steak was very tender ( medium cook ) Was tender enough to cut with a plastic butter knife I won't put it up there with a steakhouse restaurant quality but for the price it was good. The shrimp were okay. mashed potatoes were good. Few TVs on, The baseball game was on, a guy with his kids and wife and pops were in there eating. Seems like a quiet peaceful place. Outdoor seating. Place was clean inside and out. Portion sizes are nice prices too you can walk in with a $20 and leave with change! Daily specials.
