The food and drinks here are really good. We had fish basket, shrimp basket and two wing baskets. We arrived around 4pm. The owner is very nice and we were attended to very well. It's a small lounge atmosphere with a pool table, bar drinks and a dj. At night, it's more of a club atmosphere and they have hookah available. It was clean. Parking is a small lot in front, field on sides of building(beware of glass shards in grass - 4 stars), and on the street. Keep in mind the area, 5th ward. We left before dark for a reason. Give it try and don't be put off by the appearance of the outside of the building or the neighborhood. But if you're boujee, this may not be the place for you.

The 5th Level Restaurant Food is Delicious Ordered wings and fries and fish and fries. Great sport bar club atmosphere.

Came down from Dallas for a business trip and stopped by this place. Was recommended by locals. Great stiff drinks with a laid back vibe. Plenty of screens to watch sports games. Will definitely be back every time I go to Houston. Ask about the gold and platinum records on the wall. Thanks again for the great service👍🏽
