The chicken shawarma is ok, just a bit too liquid filled which makes it fall apart and leak everywhere. I did consider walking next door to Subway multiple times though given the poor customer service. Multiple times I had an employee walk past me while glaring at me like they wished I hadn't walked in the door and to top it all off they didn't even have a menu I could look at so I asked if they had chicken shawarmas after about 20 minutes of an employee walking past me and staring at me before even saying "hi". I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Halal 5 on Kirkwood and West Airport for shawarma from now on, at least the guy who runs that place greets me when I walk in.

I’ve been to this place several time’s but today will be the last day . So today placed a order for noodles and chicken. Now let me tell you this order took almost a hour to be ready I wished I would have just placed it over the phone. I literally waited there close to a hour. Once I got the food I was ready to eat so when I got home I washed my hands and started to eat the food wasn’t extra spicy like I asked . Honest it wasn’t even spicy at all my child wouldn’t have eaten it that’s how un spicy it was. But that wasn’t the worst the order had hair in it like omg why are you don’t wearing a hair net right I wish the owner would just find better help or shut it down the place need to re arranged they only have 6 chairs and 3 tables come on. And make sure you don’t have to use the restroom 🚽 customers can’t use the restroom 2nd picture shows a small piece of hair on my fork. Update !!!! the owner called me I never gave her my number but she decided to look it up on the kiosk after seeing my review instead of responding to the review I felt very uncomfortable 😣 She asked why I was dissatisfied and I explained food wasn’t spicy and it was hair in my food & extremely long wait ect she then told me ok have a nice day… why did you call me? All you did was further upset me by bringing the bad memory back up 😖 moral of the story I wish I never waisted my time or my 14.99

This is literally one of the worst restaurants with the worst customer service ever. I’ll explain my experience here and why I will never recommend this place , it’s not about the food but the employees who are very irritating and rude . I feel bad for the owner cos the employees will be the fall of this business. I went there on Saturday and I ordered the shawarma but i had $100 bill and my tab was like $20 and they didn’t have a change . I had to go and look for change just to make sure I buy . I came back with the change and then placed the order . I came back 30 mins later or more and it wasn’t ready . The painful part was that I was asking the manager why is she saying i have to wait and she just looked at me and kept moving . No response whatsoever . Very terrible set of humans working for that establishment. I was like no response at least to know why I’m waiting . But the truth is that they forgot to put in the order so it was when I came in that they remembered and started doing it in a hurry . Very dumb . I don’t hate the place but I hate the employees working there . Do better . And I’m not recommending there to anyone until they fix their employees attitude

Came into the shop today because I wasn’t feeling well order some soup after I placed my order on the self Payment I waited about 15 min once I asked for my food the order was not even ready cashier said she never received my order. I than waited 19 more minutes once I approached the cashier and asked if my order was ready she said 3 more min . I even asked her why not ask me if I wanted something to drink while I waited she just said her boss wasn’t answering the phone to verify my order. Moral of the story is I don’t advice anyone to come here unless they are ready to wait a hour or close to half a hour. I will definitely not be back worst service I ever received. You need more employees and last thing the cashier gave another customers shawarma away because that customer was here smh you need more employees very stingy restaurant

Shredded chicken with coleslaw is not a shawarma. The bathroom was out of order so we couldn't wash our hands and we asked for my sons not spicy and he couldn't take more than 3 bites.
