Midnight Rambler Bar

Great place for cocktails! Midnight Rambler is located at the basement of the hotel. The atmosphere is cosy and the cocktail list creative. There is a bit of disconnect between Pokémon themed cocktail list and classic cocktail bar atmosphere but that doesn't change how the cocktails taste :) They are using high quality spirits and have managed to make some magical cocktails. I tried The Conspirator - best way to describe it is "Mloody Mary meets Martini". It was a good choice. A Pokémon card came with the drink too. If you happen to be in Dallas and are looking for good cocktails add Midnight Rambler to the list.

Came here after the James Beard nominees came out. Let me tell you it was fantastic, it’s electric and thoughtful. The drink menu is creative, fun and unique. Jade was our “mall rat” and she was WONDERFUL. Attentive, kind, and honestly a really good human. Will be back for the drinks and Jade.

Great service! Our server didn’t share his name, but he was super attentive and made great recommendations! I hadn’t been here in a while! Cool Pokémon theme. We only came for drinks. They were good.

We stopped here for an adult beverage when looking for a dark and quiet bar to celebrate a friend. This place has a great crowd, it was more focused on people in groups with conversation, and singles at the bar. We loved it, definitely not a party vibe (which we are aged out of). The bartender and our waiter were so nice and helpful on the recommendations. We didn’t get the cute Pokémon cards with our drinks, but the drinks were great and had an awesome presentation. The bar is down a set of stairs so be careful if wearing heels. They also closed an hour early for some reason, which was a bummer. However, we would definitely be back if looking for a late night stop!

Dark, cozy cocktail bar with a fun seasonal menu and delicious drinks. The wait staff were caring and helpful. When we went there was a creative pokemon adjacent menu theme, and I enjoyed my unusual corn flavored drink.
