Atmosphere 9/10 Located in a very classy historic building / hotel. Upscale and stylish interior. And a live Piano playing in the evening. Drinks 7/10 Relatively small selection of house cocktails (just like 8 cocktails). Had La Colombe No1 and Headhunter. Both were just ok in taste but good amount of alcohol. Service 7/10 Good service but drinks take a bit long since there is only 1 bartender for the whole bar, including restaurant area Price 6/10 $17 pe cocktail is on higher end for Houston. But appropriate for the location/atmosphere

Bar 3 is a beautiful space inside the La Colombe d'or hotel. Speakeasy vibes of rich wood, dark colors, and soft leathers. The cocktail menu isn't something that caught my eye, we thought we'd give it a try. My girlfriend had the Chateaux Lux and she loves it. Well balanced, not overly sweet and not overly bitter. I tried the Lindbergh Palace. It wasn't quite for me so I spoke to the bartender Sergio and he made me probably the best old fashioned I've had in Houston over the past three years. Awesome guy, super down to earth, and he aims to make sure you have a great time. He also made us his "Sergio special" shots for my birthday. You definitely need to have Sergio make you a cocktail whether you like the cocktail menu or not. We will be back for sure.

Cozy bar separate from restaurant, nestled in the Colombe d'Or hotel. Set up best accomoddates an intimate date night setting or even solo. Servers are accommodating and professional. If going non-alcoholic, definitely try the penumbra! Esp if you appreciate ginger 🫚

Groovy spot with a lovely craft cocktail menu. The Sleeper and Sailors of Tourin stole the show.

Came here for happy hour between a friends wedding and it was great! Love talking to the bartender, very attentive and entertaining. Definitely loved the drinks and will be back as one of our local go to. Such an esthetic and modern bar.
