We recently had our windows replaced by Window World and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, responsive, and straightforward. The installation crew did an excellent job. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details. When the job was complete, they left the house clean and looking great. They also took the time to walk us through proper window operation and maintenance, which was appreciated. The quality of the windows and installation exceeded our expectations, and we feel we received excellent value for the money. After comparing other manufacturers and options, I’m especially happy that we didn’t spend significantly more elsewhere. If you’re considering new windows, I would highly recommend Window World of Houston. Great service, quality products, professional installation, and a great overall value. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely excellent at every step. Communication was great throughout the whole process, sales person was informative, professional and accessible. And the best passive was the installation team. They were the best. Fast, professional, friendly. I couldn’t ask for better. I’d highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing!!! I got all 9 windows of mine replaced from 1972 and we decided to use window world because the price was unbeatable! The turn around time for custom windows was great. Alex's crew were so timely and professional, they were polite and kind and my LO loved talking to them! They were super sweet and got my windows done so fast I was so impressed! These are just a couple of the windows I got done and they are like night and day with them!

Professional and exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone involved in my window project (8 windows and sliding patio door) were good people who cared. After, several quotes (6). I was very pleased with the cost. My husband and I did no lt recognize our home. The window gave our home a must need upgrade.
