Well stocked inventory in a very spacious store, his is great. Prices are good but these people are way too slow as if they're Union employees, most of who start hours countdown the moment they get to work . It's on many many occasions that I've stood in line just to layer put the item down and walk away, despite really needing it. I've no problem with Unions, but get this : It's NOT the clock hour that our employers pay us for, it's the VALUE we put into the hour.

I bought 5 shock for the trailer on September 24 not even a month ago, and my driver went to complain about why they were damaged before a month of used, and this store did not even give me a good answer, not only the product they sell is poor quality, but they also have a bad service, which treats the customers very bad, I think it is not fair for the carriers that at the moment the work is bad, they should have more consideration with the customers. That is why, customers, I want to share my bad experience with this store, and be careful when you buy parts from them, because there is no guarantee that the parts will work, and it is very unsafe for the truck and the trailer.

I typically go here for Most trailer parts. Van body's, Flat beds, Chassies, Refers, and some Goose necks. They are fairly big and have a variety of parts from quality to budget friendly prices. They never let me down and If there is anytime they don't have something I need. They point me to the right direction. Wait time can take long here from time to time but over all have not had a bad experience so far! I highly recommend!
