Mr. Weisblatt has reviewed lease contracts for several of my clients, always with outstanding results. In my experience, it's the rare person that can take complicated legal vocabulary and translate it into easy-to-digest information without completely scaring the client. Knowing and conveying what absolutely must be removed from a contract and perhaps just as importantly, what should stay enables me to better serve my clients. Andrew is always my first recommendation for legal council.

I give them one star for several reason. I came to this office needing help with a breach of contract and I feel I was taken advantage of. The attorney that was placed over my case (Andrew) in my opinion did not value my case. After paying my retainer in full their office was very hard to contact. In 8/9 months Andrew only filed one document on my behalf. Not even so much as the counter claim. The continued to log hours for work that could never provide proof. After extensive arguing I was refund $1200 of $6500 I paid. My last in counter with Andrew, after being 30 minutes late to the meeting, resulted in him hanging the phone up in my face. I set up a final meeting with the lead attorney who was unfazed by complaints. In his opinion the refund was a “favor” to me. They completely compromised my case by failing to act. I have since had several attorneys reach out and assist with the case. All in all the attorneys here must see value you in you and your company or they will simply collect the retainer and advise you to settle. It is disheartening to know that none of the promises prior to payment were executed. Retain this office at your own risk. They may value your situation more than mine.

This is a great law firm. Mr. Weisblatt and his firm was knowledgeable, kind, caring, personable ,and professional.They will go the extra mile to help you out.
